At Claire, Olive & Mae, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before requesting a return.

1. Our Fulfillment Process

Claire, Olive & Mae operates using a direct fulfillment model. To reduce unnecessary waste and minimize excess inventory, many of our products are shipped directly from our trusted international fulfillment partners.

For this reason, approved returns must be sent to our designated return facility provided by our customer support team. Please do not return any items without first contacting us.


2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please email info@claireolivemae.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return request

  • Any relevant photos if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Return requests submitted before the order has been delivered cannot be processed.

If your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions along with the appropriate return address.


3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be included.

  • Trying on an item is acceptable; wearing it beyond fitting is not.

  • Sale or clearance items may only be returned if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Orders placed with the intention of purchasing multiple sizes and returning part of the order may not qualify for a refund.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain products—including underwear, swimwear, earrings, and other personal items—cannot be returned unless they are unopened and unused.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses, including any applicable international shipping costs, duties, or customs fees.

Customers are also responsible for ensuring the returned package arrives safely at the designated return address.

We strongly recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking information. Claire, Olive & Mae cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit without valid proof of shipment.


5. Alternative Resolution

Because international returns can be costly and time-consuming, we may, when appropriate, offer an alternative solution before requesting a return.

Depending on the situation, this may include:

  • A partial refund

  • Store credit

  • A replacement item

  • Another mutually agreed resolution

Our customer support team will work with you to find the most appropriate solution.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Your email should include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the product and the problem

Without sufficient information or photos, we may be unable to evaluate your claim.

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.


7. Refunds

Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders are processed shortly after they are placed.

Once an order has entered processing, it can no longer be canceled.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our customer support team before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. We are committed to resolving any concerns as quickly and fairly as possible.


9. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.

Claire, Olive & Mae is not responsible for packages marked as successfully delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided during checkout.
