After your order has been processed, estimated delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

While we work hard to meet these estimates, shipping times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including:

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the provided tracking information.

Please keep an eye on your tracking updates, as your carrier may:

  • Leave it with a neighbor where permitted.

  • Hold it at a local pickup location.

  • Attempt redelivery if necessary.

6. Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to update the address, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

Claire, Olive & Mae is not responsible for lost or misplaced packages after the shipping carrier confirms successful delivery to the address provided during checkout.
